Returns must be pre-authorized by calling or emailing No Limit Wheels for a Return Authorization Number. We will email you the RA Number and the WAREHOUSE ADDRESS to return the products to.

You may want to insure your returns, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping errors, lost or misdirected packages. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and appear on your billing statement. Inspect all tires/parts when they arrive. If you notice the tire/parts may have been damaged in shipping or SHOW BEAD DAMAGE, please notify us BEFORE MOUNTING or it will not be covered as a Defect/Damaged Freight Claim. We cannot accept returns of tires/parts that have been mounted or used unless there is a manufactures defect.

Wheel Kits, Inspect all tires when they arrive. If you notice the tire may have been damaged in shipping please notify us before riding on, inflate tires to Mfg. suggested PSI from the side of tire, Tork Lug Nuts to between 55-60 Lbs, Recheck your Lug Nuts your first couple rides, PLEASE BE SURE THEY ARE FITTING PROPERLY TO THE HUB BEFORE YOU RIDE ON THEM, if they are not it could result in Hub & Wheel Damage, which we are not responsible for.


There is no mileage warranty on tires.

No Limit Wheels will pay return shipping fees for defective items and merchandise damaged in shipping only. For Defective Items within 15 days of ship date. For Items Damaged in Shipping Notification on the day product is received from the shipping company, damage must be reported to us.  All non-damaged/non-defective returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees for warranty claims on merchandise older than 30 days.

If you paid by Cashiers Check or Money Order you will receive a check within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Purchases made with Credit Car will be refunded back to the respective account. Once you have your return authorization number, please send your package to the warehouse we have requested.
