You may want to insure your returns, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping errors, lost or misdirected packages. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and appear on your billing statement. Inspect all tires/parts when they arrive. If you notice the tire/parts may have been damaged in shipping or SHOW BEAD DAMAGE, please notify us BEFORE MOUNTING or it will not be covered as a Defect/Damaged Freight Claim. We cannot accept returns of tires/parts that have been mounted or used unless there is a manufactures defect.
Wheel Kits, Inspect all tires when they arrive. If you notice the tire may have been damaged in shipping please notify us before riding on, inflate tires to Mfg. suggested PSI from the side of tire, Torque Lug Nuts to spec based on your machine’s owner’s manual. Re-check your Lug Nuts your first couple rides, PLEASE BE SURE THEY ARE FITTING PROPERLY TO THE HUB BEFORE YOU RIDE ON THEM, if they are not it could result in Hub & Wheel Damage, which we are not responsible for.
WHEELS, TIRES, BUMPERS, CAGES, LIFT KITS AND ANY OTHER PRODUCTS SOLD AND PRODUCED BY NO LIMIT ARE NON-RETURNABLE ONCE INSTALLED AND RIDDEN ON. DO NOT OPERATE VEHICLE WITH ANY PARTS THAT YOU ARE GOING TO RETURN TO NO LIMIT WHEELS. NO LIMIT WHEELS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR REDUCE REFUND FOR RECONDITIONING FOR ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED. WHEELS AND TIRES WILL BE REJECTED AFTER USE
There is not a mileage warranty on tires.
No Limit Wheels will pay return shipping fees for defective items and merchandise damaged in shipping only. For Defective Items within 15 days of ship date. For Items Damaged in Shipping Notification on the day product is received from the shipping company, damage must be reported to us. All non-damaged/non-defective returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees for warranty claims on merchandise older than 30 days.
This limited warranty does not cover:
1) Installation, Labor, Freight, or Damage caused by collision.
2) Defects or damage caused by normal wear, paint chipping from impact, accidents, improper maintenance, improper use or abuse of the product, alterations, or failure to follow the instructions contained in the Owner’s Manual.
3) This limited warranty does not cover any consequential damages, including but not limited to the expense of being without the vehicle during repair, replacement, or evaluation period. This limited warranty is void in the event of improper installation.
4) Alterations or modifications that change the intended use of the product or affect the product’s performance, operation, safety, or durability, or causes the product to fail to comply with any applicable laws.
5) NO LIMIT WHEELS IS NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES AND/OR EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT.
NO LIMIT WHEELS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THESE PRODUCTS EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THESE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD AS DEFINED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. NO LIMIT WHEELS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR IMPROVE THE DESIGN OF THE PRODUCT WITHOUT NOTICE, AND DOES NOT ASSUME OBLIGATION TO UPDATE PREVIOUSLY MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS. NO LIMIT WHEELS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES AND/OR EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
The product must exhibit reasonable care, maintenance, operation, storage and general upkeep. Should an operational problem or failure occur, the product should not be used. Failure caused by continued use is not covered by warranty. Product should be delivered, at owners’ expense within 30 days, as is, to an authorized No Limit Wheels Dealer for evaluation. Proof of purchase rests solely with the customer.
RETURN POLICY:
No Limit Wheels will honor any No Limit Wheels merchandise ordered online, returned in original condition, and be 30 days or less from the date of invoice. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you paid by Cashiers Check or Money Order you will receive a check within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Purchases made with Credit Car will be refunded back to the respective account. Once you have your return authorization number, please send your package to the warehouse we have requested.
